All services are bespoke. Katarina tailors each audit and report precisely to the needs of the client and doesn’t use use AI, computer programs or templates to produce any of her work. Written reports are of course typed on a computer, but drafts of floor plans, renderings of buildings, land tracts, etc., are all done by hand. This helps Katarina to connect with each property at a more meaningful level and to get the best feel for the project.

Dowsing
Katarina provides professional dowsing services for properties to locate water, ley lines, groundwater, fault lines, and more. Project fees are quoted based on size and scope.
Talks and Presentations for Your Business or Group
Katarina will come to your office or group in person or virtually to give a presentation on classical Feng Shui and how it works. Talks are tailored to suit the interests and needs of the group being addressed.
Fees
- Residential audits and projects are quoted individually, based on square footage, location, number of occupants, and the type of work being done. A retainer is required for larger projects.
- Commercial (business, industrial, retail, agricultural, non-profit, governmental) projects and audits are quoted individually. A retainer deposit is required.
- Annual Feng Shui audits and updates are priced according to square footage + number of occupants.
- Consultation/collaboration/conference with your professional advisor or team (real estate professional, interior designer, contractor, architect, artisan, construction manager) is billed hourly or quoted as a flat fee by prior agreement.
- “Hunting” services (searching for a new home, business location, lot or land tract) are offered in person or virtually and are billed hourly or quoted as a flat fee by prior agreement.
- Interior design, remodeling, or renovation design consultations are quoted individually based on the size and scope of the project. A retainer deposit is required.
- Dowsing services may be combined with audits and design projects or separately. Á la carte dowsing services are billed by the hour.
