Fees
- Projects are quoted individually, based on square footage, location, number of occupants, and the type of work being done. A retainer is required for larger projects and commercial projects.
- Annual Feng Shui audits and updates are quoted according to square footage + number of occupants + other factors.
- Consultation/collaboration/conference with your professional advisor or team (real estate professional, interior designer, contractor, architect, artisan, construction manager) is billed hourly or quoted as a flat fee by prior agreement.
- “Hunting” services (searching for a new home, business location, lot or land tract) are offered in person or virtually and are billed hourly or quoted as a flat fee by prior agreement.
- Interior design, remodeling, or renovation design services are quoted individually based on the size and scope of the project. A retainer deposit is required.
- Dowsing services may be combined with audits and design projects or separately. Á la carte dowsing services are billed by the hour.
