Katarina Lang, MArch, MA
Katarina Lang, MArch, MA, is the Owner and Creative Director of Lang, Barisoni & Song, advising clients on classical Feng Shui projects for residential, investment, commercial, and corporate properties. She works with individuals, businesses, and corporations from all over the world to improve their well-being, encompassing career, relationships, health, creativity, and wealth. In addition to holding master’s degrees in both Architecture and Anthropology and being a master of classical Feng Shui, Katarina graduated from culinary school and is a professional Dowser.

I use classical Feng Shui to inspire your home or business for happiness and success. Whether you want to improve what you’ve got, relocate, or do a new-build, classical Feng Shui works.
Each of my bespoke audits, reports, and analyses are original, created and tailored to meet your unique needs. Professionally hand-drafted designs along with my original written reports combine technological skill, artistry, and classical Feng Shui expertise to provide a uniquely effective blend of art and science.

We begin with your complimentary initial consultation (visit Complimentary Consultations for more information). Once your work is scheduled, I’ll visit your property either in-person or virtually to gather data; next, I will create your audit and deliver it to you as an original written report with several hand-drafted designs. We’ll then meet in-person, by phone, or via teleconference to discuss the report and my recommendations.
Initial Audit reports include all or most (depending on the needs of the property) of the following processes:

- He tu configurations and Luo shu grid
- Early and Later Heaven Ba Guas
- San Yuan compass readings and assessments at important points on the property
- San He survey of surrounding land, water, roads, buildings, and forms
- Analysis of influential topographic elements and influences up to a 5 mile radius
- Recommendations including enhancements, countermeasures (cures), and other changes needed to bring out the full potential of your property and to eliminate problems
- Identification of certain months in the coming year that require temporary placement of cures
Working with your design professional or team
I am happy to collaborate with your architect, contractor, landscape designer, or interior designer to incorporate the principals of classical Feng Shui into their processes, including:
- Analysis of blueprints and floor plans before remodeling or construction begins
- Choice of best facing direction for a building before construction begins
- Choice of the best lot for a new build and how to properly site the building
- Design recommendations for floor plans, landscaping and business or retail layouts
- Recommendations for renovations, redecorating, and remodeling
